The Firm was founded in 1977 by departing members of several established Orlando firms. The Firm's attorneys specialize in the areas of business, real estate, corporate, banking, securities, financial matters, and litigation. Since its inception, the Firm has been rated "AV," the highest legal ability rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell, Inc., the recognized leading authority in the legal profession.

The Firm provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses in connection with general business matters, business formations, public and private securities offerings, employee and director issues, compensation matters, strategic planning, wills, trusts, and estates, and civil litigation.
The Firm's attorneys have extensive experience in representing public and private companies, general and limited partnerships, and other forms of business entities in a broad array of transactions, including real estate, banking, commercial lending, and capital markets transactions.
The Firm's litigation attorneys represent clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. The Firm's securities attorneys have experience in public underwritten debt and equity offerings, corporate recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing securities law reporting requirements by public companies, and other corporate/securities matters. The Firm's security lawyers have handled underwritten public debt offerings, underwritten public equity offerings, private placement equity offerings, and financial institution equity offerings. The Firm also has significant experience representing lending institutions.
The Firm represents clients in connection with bank regulatory enforcement matters and also represents banks before state and federal bank regulatory agencies. The Firm has been involved in over 500 transactions involving bank and bank holding company formations, bank acquisitions, and financial institution capital transactions.
The Firm has extensive knowledge of and has worked on many matters in the Central Florida tourist area. Firm attorneys have represented Walt Disney World and Sea World, as well as numerous hotels and retail establishments, particularly in the International Drive area, and are experienced in land use issues in that area. The Firm has an excellent working relationship with local government entities.
